This study aims to determine the differences in the concentration of Prostaglandin f2α in female adolescents who have and do not experience premenstrual syndrome. The research method used was the T-test to see the effect of the Prostaglandin f2α concentration on female adolescents who experienced and did not experience premenstrual syndrome. The sample of this study was female adolescents at the Darul Arqam Makassar Islamic Boarding School, which consisted of 50 young females and 25 female adolescents with PMS who were not. The results showed that the average value of respondents with PMS had an average Prostaglandin f2α of 379.07 higher than those who did not have PMS 101.23. After examining the concentration of Prostaglandin f2α, it was found that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, and there was a significant influence. Furthermore, those who experienced mild PMS had an average value of P ostaglandin f2α of 283.32, while the average value of Prostaglandin f2α with severe PMS was 454.31. prostaglandin f2α concentration between no PMS, mild PMS, and severe PMS. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect of the concentration of Prostaglandin f2α among female adolescents who have PMS and not and between female adolescents who experience mild PMS and severe PMS at Darul Arqam Makassar Islamic Boarding School.
